Marble Initials mini project
In this project, I simply followed instructions using adobe illustrator. I first started by importing different kinds of shapes onto a new 8.5 by 11 inch page. From there I turned them into an almost transparent orientation color then began twisting the shapes into different mixtures to get a marble-like texture. Finally, I continued to create a Clipping shape for the marble so that i could finish off by creating my initials that would get the marble clipped into them.
Type along a Path mini project
In this mini project I demonstrated the tool called "type along a path" I used this tool with many different aspects. I incorporated it with a shell, a banner, and a fish. I also used the type tool and warped it into a special design
Pear Tracing Project (original)
Final Copy
In this project we used adobe illustrator along with the layers and pen tool. I first found a photo of a pear online and traced the edges of the image by adding and connecting anchor points with the pen tool. Once i had done that i then established a certain amount of layers so that the the two pears could overlap each other. I smoothed out the lines to make it look more professional and clean. Next, I added color to each pear and added leaves along with seeds in the pear. Then i continued on to the more complex shading with the gradient tool. I created shapes that would resemble the shades in the original photo, with those shapes i added gradients to them with black and white. Once i had gotten the right gradient for each shade, i was completed with that part. Lastly in the project added a few shapes on the pear that would make it look more appealing to the eye. After that was finished, I then exported it as a J-peg file and uploaded it to my website.
